Instagram is one of the most powerful social platforms (if not THE most powerful) for lash artists to showcase their work, connect with potential clients, and grow their business. Here are some content ideas to help you stand out and attract new customers:

Showcase Your Work

  • Live Lashing: Upload photos of your clients as and when you're lashing. It will show the reality of your day and all the different treatments you offer.

  • Before and After Photos: This is a classic but effective way to highlight your skills. Make sure you're uploading a variety of your work, promoting all the skills you have.

  • Client Reviews & Testimonials: Share positive feedback from happiest customers so that new customers know what to expect.

  • Retailing: Make sure all your clients know what's available to buy from you. We’re talking aftercare kits, lash shampoo etc.

Educational Content for your Clients

  • Lash Care Tips: Show or remind your clients how to maintain their lashes.

  • Lash Extension Trends: Keep up with trends and share new treatments you offer that clients might want to try. Explain different styles and their benefits for different ages/ looks and eye shapes.

Content to Boost your Engagement

  • Share FAQs: Save your clients from contacting you every time they have a question. Answer your clients questions by keeping them up to date with your policies, prices and common lash issues such as keeping their lashes clean and healthy between sets. These are good to have saved in your highlights so that your clients can easily refer to them when needed.

  • About Me: Share your story and what inspired you to become a lash artist.

  • Routine: Give your followers a glimpse into your daily routine. This will give you a bit more personality and add the ‘human’ aspect to your instagram.

  • Seasonal Promotions: Offer special deals or packages for different holidays such as Halloween or Christmas.
