PRO Points FAQs
How do I sign up?
When you create a LashBase Account, you are automatically signed up and get 200 points which takes you straight into Tech Tier. However, if you place an order as a ‘guest’, your points won't be added, so make sure you are signed into your account!
What happens to my points from past orders?
Don't worry, you are not starting from scratch! The new points system will use your order/ points history, so you are automatically placed into a tier based on your previous activity.
How do I earn points?
You don't just get points when you place an order! If you complete other tasks you can earn extra points - such as reviewing a product on the website, following our instagram etc. You will also get points on your birthday!
How do I check or spend my points?
