Lash Lift FAQ's
Lifted is our 3 step system which can be used for lash lifts and brow laminations. We want to help our community as much as possible, so we have put together a list of FAQs to hopefully answer any questions you may have about the Lifted range:
Are you going to sell Lifted sample packs?
Yes, we have sample packs available, they can be purchased here.
How many uses do you get out of one sachet?
Our sachets are for up to three uses. Therefore, each sachet has enough solution for up to three lash lifts or brow laminations. This saves on wastage and ensures amazing product integrity.
What are the timings for lash lift / brow lamination?
We’ve put together a document of our Lifted guidelines which you can download here: Lifted Guidelines
This has all the details you need for treatment timings in an easy to follow step by step guide.
What makes Lifted different from your current lash lift system?
Lifted is clinically tested, made in the UK and is EU compliant. Each solution comes in an individual treatment sachet (labelled 1, 2 and 3), and can be used for up to 3 uses! This saves on waste as you are using the same packet for multiple lifts! Both our current and new systems offer great results however Lifted can also be used for brow lamination without the requirement of validation from your insurance provider.
Have you got an examples on your Lifted products in action?
We do indeed! You can see our Lifted in products in action over on our YouTube channel (we have lots of videos for both lash lift and brow lamination). You can also browse through before and after photo on Instagram – just use the hashtag #LiftedByLashBase
What is the shelf life on the Lifted products and how do I store them?
If unopened our Lifted sachets will have a 12-month shelf life (expiry date is printed on the sachets). If you are using the sachets for patch testing, you can reseal them after use and they will last up to 2 weeks. You’ll need to store the sachets at room temperature out of direct sunlight.
Have you got any lash lifting tips or hacks?
We do indeed! We have a whole blog post all about how to get the most out of your lash lift treatment with some top tips! You can read the blog here.
Can I use Lifted on pregnant clients?
The first thing you’ll need to do is to check with your insurance provider to make sure you are covered. Pregnant clients will be at higher risk of reaction, due to a change in hormones so you’ll need to explain this to the client so they can make an informed decision about whether they want to proceed with the treatment.
How do I patch test?
You’ll need to carry out a patch test for both lash lift and brow lamination. We recommend using a cotton bud and placing a small amount of each solution in a line on the inside arm, making sure to record where each solution has been placed. Patch tests need to be carried out 48 hours prior to treatment.
